Well, you ve been to a rheumatologist so maybe this is already checked out but often people feel very tired when they have active inflammation going on cos a lot of their energy gets funnelled into an immune response- did you get checked for lupus ? Low cortisol- I m pretty sure you would feel tired. I think its called addisons disease and they usually give you hydrocortisone tablets 20 mg in the morning and 10 mg in the evening to mimic your bio rythms. Usually though, you d have maybe a tanned skin with this disease if you are of a white race Another idea - sleep apnoea . Do you snore at night? Get low oxygen levels and feel drowsy all day. Another idea- depression ? I knew a girl who took to her bed she felt so tired and weak. Another idea- some sort of a virus you haven t cleared yet. I had a lecturer who had a miscarriage and suddenly stopped walking and was confined to a wheelchair. It was years before she recovered and they reckonned it was viral. What about a heart specialist ?
