I have hypertension, the stress and lack of good night sleep dont help? What should I do? -
Some night s I do sleep well but not often, I know I m overweight and I m also working on that. I need some techniques to overcome my stress at work and to be able to sleep better at night without medication.
Exercise is a miracle worker for stress. Start going for long walks after work and eat a bit healthier. Should help within two weeks.
Eat healthy, exercise, and lower your sodium intake. 2D
