decaf sounds good though no decaf coffee is absolutely decaf. to give u an idea, 4 cups of decaf make a cup of regular. caffeine does aggravate hypertensive situations. also avoid colas.look for caffeine free lime sodas.
Ur best bet would be to check with ur doctor and get his/her ok. In my opinion decaf is the best choice since it is healthier for the body then all that caffiene.
