it depends it is very important to follow the directions on your wrist cuff to get the most accurate reading...like make sure you have it on the correct arm if one is designated and make sure you are not talking or moving very much while it is taking your bp...however white coat hypertension is a very common phenomenon
Are you nervous when the doctor takes your blood readings? The accuracy of such readings may depend on your state. With regard to the device you bought, it may not be accurate itself. If you did not invest much money into this, there s a chance it could be of poor quality.
I would not trust yours.Sorry but they are just not that reliable.Expecally if there the electric kind, I would see a doctor...High Blood Pressure is nothing to fool around with
