Go to nih.gov, and use the browser to look it up. We are not sure what you are asking, but I will give you lots of advice. Do whatever the doctor says. Take the meds he prescribes. Follow any diet he puts you on, be it weight reduction, low fat, whatever. Do whatever testing he wants. The echo will tell the doctor how effective it is with pumping blood, and the results will be a percentage of what normal pumping is. Dizziness is a sign that you are not getting enough blood into your head, or a lot of other things. The palpitations are not a good sign, either. and if you are asking if you can have cardiomyopathy without any symptoms, well, almost. If it is a gradual onset, or there has not been much loss of pumping power, there won t be a lot of drastic symptoms. Shortness of breath, dizziness ar common. Now go look it up.
I m not sure what your question is because of the poor syntax. I suggest you do some research about cardiomyopathy. And then, when you have your appointment, ASK questions. Your health is your responsibility.
