it s not about what to eat or not to eat, it s about the portions and the variety of food in your diet, avoid fatty foods like cheese, fried foods, fatty meats. But most importantly remember to start a exercise regimen, now, this does not mean you have to get ready to run a marathon but just to go for a walk maybe 3 to 4 times a week, maybe take the stairs at work intead of the elevator and try to find far parking that way you can walk more. Ask your doctor if starting a b/p med is needed. Godd luck!
Talk to a doctor........not us here you could get stupid advice.!!
