Pain on left back side of rib cage.? -

Is dull nagging pain with tight feeling. It comes at different times. I have had lung surgery on that side. also have gerd and heart palp and some pulmonary hypertension and have tumors in left kidney. Had surgery on right kidney to remove half kidney and tumor.. I was told rib inflammation might be but I just don t know. Deep breaths do not make pain worse. I do have COPD.

it might be the pleura but u should ask ur doctor
