Can anyone recommend a good kit for a guy with large arms? I want to track it as hypertension runs in the family, but I lift weights, and have arms that are larger than normal. Last time I was at the Dr, the nurse nearly had a coronary after taking my BP, saying I should not even be alive. The Dr. came in, put on a bigger cuff, and tested as a little high.
