My recent blood test shows a 597.1 umol uric acid count, i am now on my 2nd day of allopurinol 300mg.? -

i am taking lacidipine 4mg. tablets daily as maintenance for hypertension and thyrax tabs for my thyroid problem. could this medications bring about the sudden increase in my uric acid count?
