Good Shoes for Bad Feet? -

I constantly have bad feet due to, I believe, bad veins which run in the family and possibly due to me having pre-hypertension. My feet start to ache (bad) if they get too warm, or if I am standing on them for a half hour or more. What are some nice shoes for men to support and comfort feet like this, I can t really go with sandals but I m sure those would help indeed. I can t see it as a weight problem as I am 26, 6ft tall 178lbs Thanks =)
