How to reduce peripheral vascular pain? -

Name: VADAPALLI VENKATA SATYANARAYANA. MALE: 43Years. Not a known Hypertension amp; Diabetic. History: On 5th June 2001 when I was driving scooter [two -wheeler] skidded in a road turning. At the time of skidding the left leg when kept on road to support my whole body weight in order not to fall on road had experienced total weight of body on the left leg and resulted with heavy pain in leg and foot drop. On 29/06/2001 identified Arterial Blood Clot in Left Lower Limb. Then taken treatment in Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences, Panjagutta, Hyderabad with Unfractioned HEPARIN for 10Days. 0n 26/09/2001 identified Deep Venous Thrombosis up to common Iliac and treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin for 10Days. Then checked for all Thrombolytic Work-up, Inherited Thrombophiliea in Christian Medical College and Hospital, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India and final diagnosis as there no known Genetic problems and this is purely POST TRUMETIC ARTERIAL AND VENOUS THOMBOSIS.
