As tempting as these things may be, you need to be smart and think a little further than, lets say, this year. Even if smoking and taking caffeine (or meth or cocaine) can cause weight loss, are you going to want to continue on these for the rest of your life? Eventually you will have to give it up (or hurt your health), and then weight will come back on and then some. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to make lifestyle changes. Gradual, positive changes last. Yes, it may work slower, but your goal is not to just look good for a year or two is it?
You may lose some weight doing this but it is very unhealthy. Drinking soda will not help you live weight, despite the caffeine, soda is high in calories. If you really want to lose weight, eat better, diet and exercise.

You re going to have cancer..You re going to die..Don t smoke for wrong reasons..And just a few days ago..When people who were stick thin..when they stopped smoking.. They were overweight.. Because smoking made their metabolism and cravings worse!..And caffeine..OH my god!!.. I really just find this question startling... You re willing to do ALL this..like literally damage your system JUST so you can lose weight.. This is possibly the worst way to lose weight..Worse then being bulimic... I m going to strongly advice you...NO!!!!!!!!!!! There is a much better way..It s obviously your food intake..You aren t eating the right foods...When you eat healthy and excessive regularly ..not only are you being healthy but you re losing weight the natural weight... Just do me a favor and never smoke..take pills to lose weight.. I know I m going to get thumbs down ..but whatever...this is for your own good..
