There might be something wrong with me but I would really like help in determining a possible cause for my discomfort. First of all im 16 years old, am a very healthy eater (fast food max 1 time in 6 months). I do usually eat A LOT of food but only weigh 144 pounds. Frequently when standing up i get really dizzy and kind wobble around a little, seeing those little lights going off in front of me. I have a high blood pressure (rated as hypertension 1 i think) the last time i had it measured in a drug store. Also, i have passed out/blacked out numerous times in the past from bleeding either from the nose or from a cut. when i feel my left chest i feel a lump that is not on the right side of my upper abdomen right below my heart. The same spot also has many pigmented spots/cafe-au-lait spots in the same area. But most of all sometimes, i experience a very sharp pain in my chest, around the heart area. This pain usually lasts for around a minute or two. During which i cant breathe. advice?

You need to see a doctor. It s unusual for a 16by/0 to have high blood pressure, have it checked by a professional, those store machines are notoriously inaccurate. You should not be passing out from a cut or nosebleed, how much blood do you lose when you pass out? Lumps felt in the body need immediate assesment, and anytime youre experiencing chest pain it s very serious, see a doctor ASAP.
