Picking your nose is probably the reason its bleeding. Excessive sneezing could be due to allergies especially at this time of year. Hypertension is hard to spot without having your BP checked as usuallty there are no symptoms. When there are however they usually start with a throbbing headache that begins in the morning but gets better as the days goes on. Yes nosebleeds can also be a sign but how old are you? Is there a hystery of HT in the family? Heart problems? Are you generally well? Are you a drug user. Im afraid this is impossible t o answer without checking your BP so go get it done. No GP I know would mind you popping in for that and remember a high result once can be due to stress, you need 3 diastolics over 100 to be considered clinically hypertensive. Good luck
What is high blood pressure? High blood pressure (hbp) or hypertension means high pressure (tension) in the arteries. Arteries are vessels that carry blood from the pumping heart to all the tissues and organs of the body. High blood pressure does not mean excessive emotional tension, although emotional tension and stress can temporarily increase blood pressure. Normal blood pressure is below 120/80; blood pressure between 120/80 and 139/89 is called quot;pre-hypertensionquot;, and a blood pressure of 140/90 or above is considered high. The top number, the systolic blood pressure, corresponds to the pressure in the arteries as the heart contracts and pumps blood forward into the arteries. The bottom number, the diastolic pressure, represents the pressure in the arteries as the heart relaxes after the contraction. The diastolic pressure reflects the lowest pressure to which the arteries are exposed. http://www.medicinenet.com/high_blood_pr...
high blood pressure relates to blood pressure readings....the nosebleed is more than likely related to nose picking
