Iam married for 6 six years and still working really hard to concieved, my husband has an hypertension and taking hypertension medicine for six years,im really eager to have a child and work out things for the family way....its a shame here in the philippines when you cant bear a child and its quite frustrating waiting for it to come, my husband also works on the field and he comes home only twice a week and always driving, i hope you could give me some advice cause im really getting frustrated and sad!

Sometimes couples get confused about the best time to have sex in relationship to ovulation. You have a small window of time each month to get pregnant. Ovulation is usually about 14 days after the women s last period. After a woman ovulates the egg will survive approximately 24 hours. Sperm, on the other hand, will live for up to three to five days. This is why having sex two to three days before ovulation will increase your chances of getting pregnant. Don’t wait until the day you ovulate to have sex. Your partner’s sperm will last longer than your egg and you don’t want to miss an opportunity by waiting. The missionary position is a good position to use when trying to get pregnant. Avoid positions where the woman is on top. Gravity will allow sperm to leak out with these positions. Also try placing a pillow under your hips to help tilt your pelvis and keep the sperm in longer. Don’t get up right after sex. Try to relax and allow the sperm to stay in the vagina as long as possible. And also if there s a chance your husband has a low sperm count, he needs not to masturbate the whole time he s away from you.

No orphans there that need parents? In your area you def do not need more kids....you need to take care of the kids you have. You are very selfish to want your quot;ownquot; child when people from other countries are supporting the unwanted children in your country.
