What meds do they give to a person when they are going through alcohol detox? -

I have a friend who is an alcholoic. She also suffers from hypertension and anxiety and panic attacks. She is on a host of meds for the hypertension and ativan for the anxiety and panic attaacks. She wants to stop drinking but cannot find a hospital due to her insurance. She also doesnt have the money to go to a rehab hospital so I was curious what meds they would give her, and if she can do this by possibly increasing the ativan
