Can coming of Birth Control have side effects? -

Ok heres the problems I have hypertension and I came off birth control to get pregnant. I have had my blood pressure controlled for a while but now it keeps going form to high to too low. I have been having migranes and trouble sleeping. Any one ever had this problem and howlong does it last?
