Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc. Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level. But there are natural ways to do it without medication. There s this strange herb called quot;St John s Wortquot; - it is said to be more effective than Prozac. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John s Wort works like prozac. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc. The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced... you have that quot;learned behaviorquot; in your mind. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction... There are several other techniques to help cope them! Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to.... Extracted from Source.
What kind of meds are you taking? You maybe deficient of b vitamin and calcium. Breathe slowly, take your thought that your worrying about and change it to a good result. Example, if you say to your self, OMG, what if I cant get money for my bills? Thats fear of loosing. Which is the root, fear. So even though you feel like its horrible. It may not even happen. So, change that thought for a better thought. You have to be happy to rest and feel peace. So no matter what everything looks like, still hope for the best and not worry about stuff that havent and will probably never happen. God Bless You!
Don t worry, think of something else. When you worry it causes alot of stress to your body and you will make yourself sick. That s why some people who worry alot get stomach ulcers. Tell yourself everything is going to be okay, and it will be, and read a good book or take a really nice bath and eat ice cream and watch your favourite movie. Stop focusing on your health worries.
Anxiety yes, but the real reason is adrenaline. Walk it off, and have a warm bath. Get rid of that adrenaline which is causing it. In the future, relax more, condition your mind to take it easy, or take Inderal/Propranolol from your doctor.
