I agree, a good walk is usually the easiest thing to attain, however in order to get your bp down you do need to stress your heart a bit, get the heart rate up. Perhaps go to a gym and do around 30 min three times a week on an exercise bike or an elliptical trainer. These are nice and low impact so they don t stress your joints, and they should do nicely
simply getting out and walking - at the mall, around the block, walk the dogs, up the steps instead of the elevator, park far away so you have to walk further. You don t have to go to the gym for hours, just doing 10 mins of aerobic exercise 3x a day is a good way to get it in
