Somethings such as coffee can be good for you in moderation You won t die without coffee, I don t even think you can benefit from it (other than a temporary fix) It dehydrates you and speeds up your digestive system in a no so healthy way If lack of energy is the issue I would look into foods or even tea to get that extra pep in your step *tea has more caffeine than coffee :)
A decent amount of coffee per day (1-2 cups) is not bad for you.
its good in moderation, yes. except i new study has recently shown that if you are a women struggling with an infertility problem, it may worsen it. but if you don t have any such problem then it is fine
