Tingling sensation only on right side? -

Im a 20 year old male in good shape with hypertension and tonight I had a weird tingling sensation on the right side of my face and the right side of my arm like the hair was being raised but it wasnt. No goose bumps, no anything just this strange tingling sensation on the right side. Im probably just thinking about it too much but does anyone know what this could be?

it just means you put too much pressure on that side at night. you know, like if you sit on your feet, they start to tingle and it s called quot;asleep.quot; so basically, your right side was tingling because it was quot;asleep.quot;
