Weird sensation on right side of face? -

Im a 20 year old male in good shape with hypertension and tonight I had a weird tingling sensation on the right side of my face and the right side of my arm like the hair was being raised but it wasnt. No goose bumps, no anything just this strange tingling sensation on the right side. Im probably just thinking about it too much but does anyone know what this could be.
