Altitude and hypertension.: Is it true that if one lives in the mountains that their blood pressure will impro? -

l heard that living in the mountains improves ones blood pressure. Is that true??

No.

No - there is absolutely no truth to this. People who reside at high altitudes have the same probability of developing hypertension as those who live at sea level. Sorry. Nonetheless I wish you the very best of health and may God Bless.
