Quit smoking, walk 30 min. daily, and believe it or not squeezing a tennis ball for 2 minutes 3 times a day 3 days a week, and lose weight if you need to. Add as much cardiovascular exercise as you can, running, swimming, biking, etc.... Good luck.
I have free reports from a medical doctor who specializes in nutritional medicine. The report on hypertension may help you with your health. Leave a message for Terry at (519) 758-5738. I will call you so I can email you the free report. These reports are very informative and have helped many people improve their health. P.S. Homer is my hero too!
It s safer to stay on medication. High blood pressure can cause strokes and heart attacks.
First, change your diet completely. No process food, no sodium. Only eat vegetable, fruits and whole grains. It is better to eat organic. Second, must exercise, start out slow, then gradually increase time in exercise. Third, go to health food store and buy NO2. NO2 dilates the blood vessels and it will normalize the blood pressure. Don t just take NO2 and not exercise. Plus change you eating habits. DO NOT overdose on NO2. Good website to go on www.garynull.com Best of luck to you
Deep breathing for at least 2 minutes will lower your pressure by 30 points. I buy my blood pressure meds from Sri Lanka for a fraction of the price. Dropping weight will help!
I introduced a friend of mine in his 70 s to Via Viente 1 year ago and after 6 months of drinking this product his doctor took him off of 5 of his 6 blood pressure meds!!!! To this day he continues to drink it faithfully. Its all natural and taste Great!!!!
Besides medicine, exercise and adjust your diet. Decrease fat and sodium -- salt, MSG, and baking soda. Increase fruits, vegetables, and fiber.
