Im a smoker and uses birth control pills but i got hypertension so stopped it.? -

I already quit smoking so i just want to ask if i take birth control pills again will i get high blood pressure again?

For medical questions NEVER rely on answers from here. Go to your doctor who will have your medical history and can make a decision based on that. Without having access to your records and having no medical qualifications or experience no-one can give a diagnosis about your condition. You d be a fool to take notice of medical advice given here.

good you quit smoking because it definitely increases your chance of getting blood clot together with the birth control pills.your blood pressure should go back to your normal levels soon after quitting tobacco use.

That is still a possible side effect. Talk with your doctor.

smoking and taking birth controul pills increases our chance of getting breast cancer, also medicines destroy your liver. and it won t go up if you stop taking those pills thre are pills specialy made for hypertension like tritace, physiotens....

No i think so, but if you contact your doctor that is best way.cause they will take your all tests, and then you can find a better way,but if you write me all your details then may i can suggest you best way. write me email in details.

Saturated fat is the main dietary cause of high blood cholesterol. Saturated fat is found mostly in foods from animals such as beef, beef fat, veal, lamb, pork, lard, poultry fat, butter, cream, milk, cheeses and other dairy products. Foods from plants that contain saturated fat include coconut, coconut oil, palm oil and palm kernel oil (often called tropical oils), and cocoa butter. High cholesterol causes high blood pressure. The best thing for high cholesterol is Losing weight. A plant-based diet in conjunction with a properly conducted fast most often leads to a total recovery or a vast improvement in hypertension and angina.

I believe it depends on your age and family history. The pill and smoking is a key factor for strokes with hypertension contributing even more. I m not a Dr. never played one on TV, but I m guessing it would not be prudent to resume oral contraceptives.
