dont know, sorry
Don t play around with hypertension. See your doctor and follow his prescriptions. Herbal remedies are good for colds, rashes, and normal constipation, but there are just some things that you should leave to the doctor.
I am a big believer in natuarl medicines and vitamins, I have a website called biovitt.com. Prescription drugs just do not work because they treat sympthoms not problems. In more than 90 percent of the cases, the diagnosis by conventional medicine is “essential hypertension,” that is, hypertension due to unknown causes. Conventional medicine is largely confined to treating the symptoms of hypertension without correcting the primary underlying cause, which is a “spasm” of the blood vessel wall triggered by deficiency of specific bioenergy nutrients in millions of blood vessel wall cells. Check out Dr. Rath s website: read his book, Why Animals Don’t Get Heart Attacks… But People Do! It is basically because animals produce their own vitamin C and humans do not. I don t have the book with ne now, but it includes what and how much vitamins to take, I can let you know if you want. biovittprods@yahoo.com

well there are some solutions - I d start with avoiding stimulants, like caffine, be sure to eat well, and excercising regularly, helps your body stay calm. Aside from these, there is always chamomile tea, (1-2 teaspoons of dried flowers - steep for 10 minutes- up to every 2 hours), you could try essential lavendar oil applied to your skin to smell, or, in bathwater (don t ingest it) There is also these other herbs: Linden:(eases muscle tension and high blood pressure) drink as tea (same instructions as above) or if you can find capsules - follow their directions Skullcap: nourishing and realzing to the entire nervous system, can be used as tea (same instructions as above) or if you can find capsules follow their directions Kava-Kava:used for antianxiety and studies show it helps memory as well - best used for short term, situational, relief, up to six 400-500mg capusles per day. Do not use while pregnant or nursing, and don t use with alcohol. with any of these I d experiment with these before they are really needed, so you know how you ll react to them, and try small doses at a time :) You need to be careful whenever using herbs. You can also consult a doctor about using herbs, sometimes they may interact negatively with other medications. Consider finding an herbalist in your area :)
