Is walking best (or) jogging best for burning calories and reducing hypertension? -

A brisk jog is best, a brisk walk is better than nothing. The more effort put in the greater the burn.

Walking has shown to be better in instances where endurance is a factor. Whichever you can do longer to keep your heart rate up longer is the better choice; for most people of course, this is walking.
