I d say at first, until you get your BP back to normal, try walking. Nothing much more extreme than that. Maybe some light biking. Other than that, watch your diet, avoid sodium (salt) as much as possible. Once it gets a little lower, start jogging. Once it s lower, you can move on to other things.
