Have anyone heard of the comsumption of garlic and coconut juice as a possible cure for hypertension? -

Garlic helps upto a great extent in supporting hypertension, high blood pressure and controlling cholesterol. It kills the germs inside the stomach and is very good for gases. It makes the blood thinner and prevents heart blockage if taken on a regular basis. 2 to 3 garlic flakes to be cut into fine pieces and gulped with hot water on empty stomach daily first thing in the morning. The coconut water is always refreshing but should be avoided by persons with kidney problems. I have personally used garlic for many years and love to eat without fail. Garlic has many advantages and being used as a medicines for ages.

yeah, its something due to the molecular breakdown or something like that

Garlic, Coconut juice, strawberries, fresh fruit, berries and veggies are all well and good for every body. But if your body has gotten to the point that your heart is having to pump at a higher rate because you forgot to eat these nice foods when you were younger and stronger than yes you should start eating them now but thats not going to reverse ALL your problems and all the different damages that is already there. CURE? the only cure for a damaged heart is a transplant or death. BUT You can start protecting whats left.

Garlic may be helpful, but probably not enough. Hypertension is a serious illness and you shouldn t f around with it. Coconut juice, otherwise known as coconut milk, is loaded with cholesterol, so I would avoid that, even though it does taste good.

For high B.P. dont bank on onion , garlic,etc.

It won t keep the high blood pressure down but it will keep everyone away. So if you had hypertension because of the jerks in your life then Yes it will work. Your foul breath will keep the jerks away from you and then there is no stress...

no cure, but garlic may decrease BP.

About garlic, yes, it dilates arterioles and capillaries. Strawberries have hypotensive effect too.
