if u want it natural have a couple of cloves of garlic daily. preferably raw and crushed. some other things that help are - 1. soak 7-8 raisins ovrenight in cold water , have them in the morn 2. same as above for pistaccio - u can have them without soaking also. (have the unsalted ones) follow these daily u wont need a medicine after some weeks cut down on salt and of course upsetting urself. take care.
