reduce salt intake, exercise more, lose weight if you are overweight, drink more fluids, get at least 8 hours sleep a night, reduce your stress levels. get a pet. all these will reduce it a bit, combined they shouldwork great. or take hydrochlorothiazide
Lose weight Exercise regularly, be physically active Avoid excess salt Limit alcohol intake Stop smoking, if you smoke Reduce stress level if high Incorporate low fat dairy products in your diet
You may like to see the doctor and be monitored regularly for your blood pressure. If needed, you may need to be on medication.
