Why does renal artery stenosis cause Hypertension? What is the physiology? -

Stenosis is when there is a constriction (narrowing) of the renal artery, so the blood needs to work harder to push thru the part where the stenosis is. When the heart is working harder to push the blood thru it raises your BP.
