High blood presure is a fairly easy one on the home remedy front. Garlic will sort out your clogged arteries a treat. If you can handle it just chop up a clove into small pieces, crush it with a spoon and down the hatch with a glass of water. If you cant handle that just add it in food you eat all the time.Unfortunatly you will be able to smell it on yourself but as a quick booster to get it down quick before maintaining a healthy lifestyle and keeping it low from then on its a superb choice. Second best is onions which also contain the sulphur (as does the garlic) which breaks down the filth in your arteries so your blood can get through easier thereby lowereing the blood preasure. These 2 work surprisingly fast and you will notice a huge difference in about a month. As long as your not piling in the big mac meals as well.
I was able to get off the meds for high blood pressure several years ago by eating lots of salads,less meat in the diet and by eating more fresh vegetables.I also try to exercise twice a day on the nordic track,or riding the bicycle.So far it works pretty well for me but everyone is different.I m still looking for that magic food that does it all.
