Which chronic disease is the number one killer among adults? -

hypertension? diabetes? cancer? heart failure?

Ischaemic heart disease is the biggest killer in developed countries.

heart disease

HEART FAILURE

In the US, it s coronary heart disease. Factors that contribute to it are hypertension, diabetes, and heart failure is one of the outcomes of it.

stress from children

Heart disease Malignant Neoplasms Cerebro-vascular Chronic low Respiratory Disease Diabetes Mellitus Alzheimer s Disease, Influenza amp; Pneumonia Nephritis Septicema

it usually depends on the results of the studies in each country... but, generally, i think the number one killer is represented by the group of cardiovascular diseases (miocardial infarction, strokes etc). Cancer comes second in list, usually (men with pulmonary cancer and women with breast cancer).

Heart Disease followed by cancer...

hypertension, hipertension, hypertension. -- almost a two thirds of population present with it, predisposes to almost every heart disease including heart failure, MI, aortic aneurisms, atrial fibrillation, and cerebral disease like stroke, cerebral aneurism, renal failure... -- is asymptomatic untill very late of course that s only for adults in the western world....

i would guess hypertension but i am not a doctor
