Pulsation sound in right ear? -

I notice a pulsation sound in my right ear at bedtime or at random and very infrequent times during the day. The sound lasts about 3 to 5 seconds. I do take medication for hypertension and am aware the pulsation is a indicator of hypertension. Could this pulsation in my right inner be serious?

Its not serious, I also had it for 4 days now and I m fine, it ll go away in a few days. It can also be caused by stress
