Hypertension???What are the symtoms???What are the causes??? -

hypertension is known as the silent killer, usually there are no real symptoms that point to that and nothing else. As far as causes, too much salt in the diet, too much fat in the diet, not enough exercise, and family history can all contribute to hypertension...it is one of the best reasons to have regular checkups.

Regular check ups are important. Hypertension unchecked can lead to vision problems, stroke amp; heart attack. Elevated blood pressure puts stress on the rest or your organs. Some people experience edema (swelling of the hands amp; feet), headaches, and fatigue. Most people are asymptomatic. Once diagnosed...work with your Dr. diet modification, exercise, and medication (if necessary).

Hypertension can have no symptoms, that is why regular BP checks are so important. Causes are, but not limited to, obesity, too much sodium in the diet, heredity, kidney problems and anxiety.

hypertension is severe high blood pressure. eating fatty foods being overweight smoking stress ancestry are all things that can contribute to it.
