Are numb, tingly brain zaps a sign of hypertension? -

I ve been getting this weird sensation that feels like numb, tingly brain zaps. They come and go throughout the day. It s the same feeling I got when I was withdrawing from Effexor and others have described the same experience with Effexor. Not on it now though. Thanks
