My voice gets jittery and my heartbeats go crazy? -

Whenever i am in the middle of a heated argument with someone, like dealing with an issue at the office, my voice gets jittery and my heartbeats go crazy, so much so that i find it difficult to talk. What s wrong with me. I was diagnosed with systolic murmur long way back in my teens. I am now 38. Is it because of that? What should i be expecting to start with the treatment, if there is really any problem. Is it hypertension?
