Your creatine isn t that high nor is your GFR. What makes you think you are in renal failure. Creatine around 8 or 9 would be indicative of kidney failure. Your GFR is elevated but without other signs and symptoms I wouldn t say you re in kidney failure. Have you had a biopsy?
Contrast dye causes renal failure. First acute and later could become chronic.
