In hypertension, nusing diagnosis is: risk for/ decreased cardiac output related to______? -

or any better nursing diagnosis substitutes?

can t you use the diagnosis in quot;risk forquot; nursing diagnosises? I m not sure actually, i d move on to another one if you are having to work so hard to make this one fit. I have CCU experience and i m not sure. Hey, just so you know, once nursing school is over you won t have to do these anymore, no matter what your instructors tell you. lol. i would maybe say: risk for decreased cardiac output related to increased vascular resistance. see how that one flies. honestly, it s been years since i did one of these.

maybe r/t - increase vascular resistance - decreased ejection fraction - left ventricular hypertrophy ??
