The best advise I would give you is see your doctor. But drinking lots of water would help too.Just think positive and live healthy!
It depends on your age as well. For example, if you are 90, you have about 1 day left.
well i don t mean to be a pooper, but your not in good shape. All of these conditions are very taxing on different parts of your body, but especially the liver and heart in your situation. My advice as a medical professional is to keep exercising!!!! Diet and exercise help your body to acheive maintain optimal performance. Also, stay away from alcohol entirely, and keep up with your medications, doctor visits, and dialysis schedule, and you can dramatically lengthen and improve your life.
Don t worry about how long you have to live. If you want to live to 100 then you can. Think positive. Dialysis still cleans your blood effectively so your life wont be shortened by that. Hypertension might make your heart pump harder and faster but that doesn t mean that you wont live as long as someone with a completely healthy heart. You can be cured of hepatitis c but it will make you feel tired.
absolutely stay away from any alcohol. My friend was 33 when she was diagnosed with hep c, she drank everyday and killed herself. Eat fresh fruits and veggies. ALOT of water....exercise....... Yes, like they said, surround yourself with caring people, stay positive. don t smoke, and learn techniques to relax. Stressing about it can make you sicker, because it will tax your immune system. Know that people care, and you have alot to offer to this world. God Bless ya...
