Hypertension? Drs or Nurses please help me? -

ok, i know that the first thing that i am going to hear is go see a dr but i don not have any insurance to cover a dr until christmas. anyways, i was just wondering if this could be bc of high blood pressure or low pressure, when i am laying down, and stand up, i get really dizzy and it feels like my head is going to explode and i give it a minute and i am fine. I also have really bad headaches and sometimes when i go to bed with one, i wake up with a headache and they ar usually every day. Sleeping does not work and sometimes it is too painful to even fall asleep. When i was pregnant, i was induced bc of preeclampsia and a few weeks after having my baby, i checked my bp and it was still in the 140 s and at my 6 week check up, it had gone back down, but i do not remember exactly what it wnt to. Could this also be connected to me having chest pains. if you are a dr or a nurse i could really use your opinion besides going to the dr which i will as of xmas.

Go to the pharmacy or grocery store and check your blood pressure. They have those machines that you can use for free. You will know whether it is high or low or normal. There are no home remedies for high or low blood pressure. If it is high, you could cut out salt from your diet, might help a little. You could also start exercising - that doesn t work instantly but helps in the long run. My blood pressure was high for 15 years and I lost weight and started walking an hour a day and I am now off my BP meds and my pressure is normal. If it is really high you might want to go in to the doctor any way - you could have a stroke. Good luck.

your Probably experiencing orthastatic hypo tension when you stand up. that would be low blood pressure. i know there is a herb that works for high blood pressure but I m not to sure about low blood pressure. my suggestion would be to confirm that your blood pressure is low and you could ask the pharmacist and they should be able to tell you the best thing you could use.

Perhaps a search for quot;high blood pressurequot; + quot;natural remediesquot; might be of interest.
