the cause or primary hypertension i.e. the hypertension most people have, is unknown. in a small number of cases hypertension can be caused by other conditions primarily of the kidneys. anaemia is a low haemoglobin count or basically lowe iron. as far as i am aware the two are completely unrelated. are you sure your definitions are correct?
