Please explain to me how fats, sugar, stress, lack of sleep and other factors causes hypertension.? -

i have learned that salt intake absorbs or attracts much liquid that go through our veins/vessels, which requires much pressure for the heart to pump above the normal rate.. so this causes hypertension. this is true about the salt.. but how about sugar, fats, inadequate sleep, stress, poor/lack of exercise etc.. how does this factors contribute to the heart s pumping load and results to hypertension?

sugar makes the blood more viscous, so it moves slower than usual, and it delays the clotting time which is essential for us for protection against blood loss. fats, esp transfats makes the blood vessels smaller in diameter, making it for blood to pass easier, and making it need to exert more pressure.
