Grapefruit, Bananas, Celery is a good substitutefor salt. (apparantly) Avoid bad fats and Sodium. A healthy balanced diet with good amounts of exercise works.
Buy a juicer and make fresh celery and apple juice daily as your morning beverage. Use 5 stalks of celery to 2 apples. The organic sodium in celery is an excellent way to decrease bp. Give this a try and see what happens!
