Would intraveneous fluid overload cause pulmonary hypertension ? -

I would think that it could. It would be secondary pulmonary hypertension. Fluid overload would lead to increased pressure, increasing the pulmonary vascular resistance to blood flow (ie pulmonary hypertension).

No. Pulmonary Htn is caused by a valve defect. Systemic overload would not cause a localized rxn.
