Extreme tachycardia and hypertension caused by yawning or slight movements or even thoughts of movement? -

I dont have the hypertension part but if I do as much as roll over in bed my heart starts booming out of my chest and racing. I have been told mine is probably due to 2 things. GERD (silent acid reflux) and anxiety/stress. I do notice that when I get upset about something my symptoms sky rocket which leads me to believe stress/anxiety. Also when my GERD was uncontrolled my symptoms were 20 times worse. I would get to the point where I couldnt even walk down the stairs without being out of breath and pounding heartrate. You need to start out by seeing your GP about this and have them do some blood work on you, especially if your pressure is rising also, sounds like you may need some beta blockers to control that.
