Need help making a menu for some who has hypertension? -

I need help make a menu for someone who has hypertension its a class progect. breakfast, lunch and dinner. i have to use the 5 food group pyramid. can some one help me. i can do lunch and dinner but i have no clue what kind vegetable to use for breakfast

low cholesterol amp; salt breakfast: with veggies- cook up some green peppers, onions, garlic, mushrooms in Pam(the olive oil variety s yummier) make an egg-white (eggbeaters) omelette with the veggies in it. add an orange and whole wheat toast with a tbsp of all natural peanut butter... delicious

Try using a low sodium salt substitute its better for a person who has hypertension (like me) lol i love salt but my doctor says to use that. Breakfast: summer squash, chive, and turkey sausage 2 egg omlet season with black pepper and salt substitute with a slice of wheat toast 1 teaspoon jelly Lunch: chicken salad sanwich, 1/2 cup shredded chicken seasoned with mrs. dash worshtishire sauce black pepper and low sodium salt substitute, 2 tsp light mayo, green onion and celery, spred mixture onto 2 slices of 9 grain bread with lettuce and tomato serve with strawberries for desert, add splenda for extra sweetness Dinner: Simple salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and light dressing. Pork chops with mashed potatoes and green beans. Cook pork with 1 tsp of butter season with salt substitute and paprika. Season potatoes with butter seasoning (found in spice aisle) so u dont add as much real butter and like the pork add salt substitute and black pepper for flavor. Bake green beans with black pepper slivered almonds and dried cranberries makes a great side dish. Hope this help you :)

Just fruit for breakfast. Do you know what kind of fruit lowers blood pressure? See site below. The best foods have no cholesterol. Do you know how to do that? No animal foods. http://www.phifoundation.org/angina.html
