Hypertension 1 what is it exactly and do i need to go to the doctor? -

i took one of those tests in the store and i was wondering if i should do something because it said i had hypertension 1

Most of the machines are not calibrated very will at the stores. I don t know how high it was and I don t know how may times you re blood pressure was running high. It wouldn t hurt to check with a doctor, having blood pressure is not good for you re heart valves.
