Hypertension is usually associated with High Blood pressure. I had it about 2 years back, but I started going to Gym.. did lots of Cardio, reduced my weight by 12 KGs, and I am fit and fine now. If the blood pressure is too low, then only go for any medication, otherwise start practising Yoga... the best way of relief from Hypertension. Also, u need to take proper diets, eat tomatoes, rice etc.
is it low or high?? if its high its called Hypertension if its low its called Hypotension If you are suffering with Hypotension investigate and take lost of fluids. IF its below 80/60 need to worry...as you are young... Fluids loss would be one of the major reason for the low BP. if its Hypertension consult a cardiologist for through evaluation and medication.
You will take anything take it easy,don t take seriously,you will take any decision,before you will do coolthinking,what is right or wrong,then after you will take correctdecision.You will omit Tension,your life is cool and happyness.
i think u r a tensed person.if it is not serious u can go for homeo or ayur.practice yoga daily.reduce salt contents.eat papaya and athipazham regularly.go for jogging regularly.take care.
do u have high or low b.p? take ayurvedic,but firast check out .if its high b.p u need good rest at nights,less of tension,less of oil and salt.try more salt if u have low b.p
Hypertension - is high bloodpressure. you are teilling you have both. Please have clarity on your question.
